Instead, he killed Corey Cosperatore, and gravely wounded David Dutch and James Copenhaver. Tennessee House Bill 878 Controversy

Tennesse continues to pass laws that negatively impact the LGBTQ community. The most recent law, House Bill 878, grants an individual the right to refuse to solemnize a marriage if the individual has a religious or conscience-based objection to that partnership. Republican Senator Mark Pody sponsored this bill, and is also the Senator that stated that in 2015, he was told by God to “Stop Same Sex Marriages”.
