He has worked as the Former Director of Community Impact at United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties and now is the Director of Strategy and Philanthropy with Habitat for Humanity (Rutherford County). We speak about how he has developed his passion for serving his community, how he maintains a positive outlook in difficult situations, his #grateful4 and much more. The work Randy is doing through Habitat and their efforts are truly commendable. He is definitely an amazing example of everything we are looking to showcase on the podcast.
