Really excited to release a new podcast with our long-time friend and ambassador of all things Spread The Positive, the one and only, Karim Al-Saeid! Karim is a super talented hip-hop artist that has a really uplifting and positive message through his music. He has performed at our events and is a returning guest on the pod. His latest project is all about his recent bought with some pretty serious mental health issues. We speak about this on the pod and he goes into how he uses his music as a form of therapy. 2020 took its toll on all of us.
